This exquisite cottage has been completely and beautifully renovated to provide an extremely luxurious holiday retreat for lovers of all ages. Entry is through a small porch where you can sit and enjoy the majestic view of Skiddaw whatever the weather.

Underfloor heating keeps it cosy even in the depths of winter.

The ground floor is an open plan living space including fully fitted and equipped kitchen area and spacious dining area. It has old oak beams above the door and window, an ancient stone wall and a little window seat.

The stairs, neatly tucked into one corner, lead to the spacious open plan attic bedroom containing a bespoke king size four poster bed and antique furnishings. A remote controlled CD player is also provided here.

Off this is the en suite bathroom. Photographs can't do justice to this very special room. Equipped with an intimately lit corner bath for two, back to wall toilet and basin and separate shower enclosure with roomy plumbed in pressurised shower – it is everything that anyone could wish for.
