BOOKING CONDITIONS.

1. Fox Howe is for 4 persons and 1 baby maximum. Squirrel is for 2persons and 1 baby maximum.
2. Children must not be left unsupervised inthe cottages.
3. The accommodation is availalbe from 4pm on the first day of the holiday and must be vacated by 10am on the last day.
4. A non-returnable deposit of £100 per full week or £50 for short breaks is required within one week to confirm your booking, if not we may not hold the reservation.The balance is due one month prior to your arrival.
5. Your booking, when confirmed by us constitutes a legal contract which makes you liable for the full amount even if you are forced to cancel your
   holiday, so cancellation insurance is recommended.
6. Your booking is accepted on the understanding that the premises are used for holiday purposes only and that the number in your party does not
   exceed that stated for the unit.
7. The client agrees to leave the property, furnishings and equipment in the same clean and tidy condition as found upon arrival.
8. Prices may be subject to alteration without notice so please check when booking.
9. Pets cost £20 each per week or part week and are only accepted at our discretion and under the following conditions:

• They must never be left alone in the cottages or in the garden.
• Bedding must be brought for them.
• Amy damage they do must be paid for.
• Any fouling in the grounds must be cleaned up immediately.
